Architectural Restoration and Rehabilitation Plans, Historic Building Investigation and Documentation

The Projects shown in this Portfolio are those in which there was significant on site investigation and documentation of existing conditions of the historic fabric of the house; detailed architectural planning for the work to be done; and consultation with owner and contractors toward a successful conclusion.  Some of these projects involved houses to be lived in, so they fall under the heading of Rehabilitation Projects.
